What is the fit of your socks like?
Balega socks are engineered to hug the foot for a secure, custom-like fit. Most styles feature an elasticated arch band and a seamless toe for comfort and hold, so they should feel snug without being overly tight. If you're between shoe sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What is the thickness of your socks like?
Balega offers a range of cushioning levels, from lightweight, low-profile styles through to plush, high-cushion options — so you can pick the feel that suits your run and your shoes. The cushioning is placed to protect high-impact areas while adding as little bulk as possible.
Are your socks foot-specific?
Most Balega socks are designed to fit either foot, with a shaped heel and supportive arch band that keep them in place and help prevent slipping and blisters. Check the individual product page for any style-specific details.
Do your support socks feel too tight to wear?
Balega's support styles are meant to feel snug, to encourage circulation and reduce fatigue — but they should never be painful. If a pair feels uncomfortable, it usually means you need to size up, or that a lighter level of support would suit you better.
